We had a dandy ol’ time at the Surface Mount Soldering class this weekend! We made adorable microcontroller based blinky red hearts. Yes, we’ll do anything to take the percieved threat out of SMT and bring YOU the power of the teeny tiny! There will be another session soon, so keep an eye on the calendar.

    so jealous! i would have loved to stick around after 101 for this too, if it weren’t for that whole signing-up-and-paying-money thing. i’ll keep checking for the next session, and i’ll be sure to come in REALLY hungover, too

    I didn’t even know this was going on! Surface mounting has always been that big Everest sized mountain I’ve never bother to try to climb. Next time you do this count me in.
