PROMdate: Now with AVR support

PROMdate now supports reading not just PROMs, but AVR chips via ISP as well (as documented in app note AVR109). After further tests, the Mega8 doesn’t require the additional power connection in read-only serial programming mode.

The first chip tested was a random one from NYC Resistor and turned out to contain code written by a friend.
